Find selectable team members on a channel. This operation is experimental.
Requires the `notes:read` scope.

For organization members, replace `scope` with `{ organizationId: "YOUR_ORGANIZATION_ID" }`. Omit `search` to list all eligible members. Reset `after` when the scope or search changes.
