Google Business-specific engagement metadata. Distinct from the channel-level
`GoogleBusinessMetadata` (which carries location data) — this is the engagement
surface's rating/note metadata.

**Status:** ⚠️ Experimental

**Fields:**
- `hasUserRating`: `Boolean!` - Whether engagements on this channel carry a user star rating.
- `permanentNote`: `String!` - A permanent note surfaced to the user about this channel's engagements.
Empty when there is nothing to tell the user.
