CreateContentItemFailure

createContentItem failure. Every recoverable error is reported together so the caller can surface them all at once. When the input fails validation, no content item and no variants are created. When one or more variants fail while being processed after creation, the content item and all of its variants already exist; the per-channel errors identify the variants that need attention.
